Designation : Credit Officer

Job Description :  Having experience of processing of Loan Proposals & grip on preparing of CMA Data/Cash Flows/ Project Report/ Ratio Analysis.

 Relevant experience across REAL ESTATE/SME/MSME Market.

 Relevant experience of Project Finance, Construction finance, Working Capital for Machinery Loans.

 Have actively syndicated loans and other debt projects.

 A deep understanding of corporate credit and project finance & construction finance.

 Ensure strict adherence of internal process.

 Maintaining accurate records.

Roles & Resposiblities  Underwriting of cases including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation and analysis, Banking analysis, CIBIL assessment

 File Processing, including check of KYC Documents, Financial Statements and Bank Account statements

 Preparing Cashflow Statement, CMA Data, Analysis of banking, operation for Disbursement.

 Prepare communication, reports, and presentation in proper format to educate relevant personnel on analytic data.
