KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquiring new customers for Payments Business
Sourcing customers through various modes ., Internal Bank customers through resp Branch catchment, Open market, corporate visits, Tele Sales, etc.
Sell right card to right customer ., explaining the features and benefits for higher spends and Early activation.
Selling Loans on credit Card, generating & converting leads for Balance transfer
X-sell other products of the bank ., Liabilities/Assets/Core X-sell products to generate revenue & ensuring customer stickiness.
Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
Responsible for conducting Events/Displays at the Branch/corporates/Malls etc
Submission of Daily Sales report.
To ensure all customer documents are checked in originals and submitted for processing.
Building relationships with the customer, to ensure customer retention, satisfaction and subsequent x sell of various portfolio products.
