Job Description

BASIC KRAS:

Provide visionary leadership and direction for all creative projects, ensuring

alignment with the brand's identity, values, and goals.

Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, artists, and other creative

professionals. Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

Drive the creation of innovative and compelling ideas, concepts, and strategies for

advertising, marketing campaigns, branding, and other creative projects.

Oversee end-to-end project management, from conceptualization to execution,

ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

standards.

Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity and voice across all touchpoints,

ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presence.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field

(Master's degree preferred).

Proficiency in design software (., Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

The Creative Head role requires a passion for creativity, a drive for innovation,

and a commitment to delivering outstanding creative solutions.

Proven experience in a leadership role within a creative team, with a strong

portfolio showcasing diverse and successful projects.

Ability to balance creative vision with practical business considerations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with digital and multimedia design, including web, mobile, and social

media platforms.

Ability to adapt to and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive approach to learning and professional development, staying abreast

of the latest industry advancements and trends.

Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and diverse team culture, encouraging

creativity and collaboration.
