Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the visual appeal of the park.

Ensure that the park's aesthetics align with the brand's vision and provide an engaging visitor experience.

Continuously ideate and develop new content to improve the park experience.

Work on enhancing existing attractions and features to maintain visitor interest and satisfaction.

Design creative merchandise that aligns with the park's brand and appeals to visitors.

Develop retail strategies that enhance the park's merchandise offerings and sales.

Plan and execute year-round events to attract visitors and enhance their experience.

Develop guest engagement activities that foster a fun and memorable experience.

Continuously generate and refine executable creative concepts that align with the parks vision.

Ensure that all creative outputs are innovative, engaging, and on-brand.

Develop designs that enhance the parks aesthetics and visual appeal.

Ensure that all design elements contribute to a cohesive and attractive environment.

Provide new creative impetus to the existing park experience, focusing on engagement and visitor satisfaction.

Innovate and implement new experiences that enhance visitor enjoyment and involvement.

Work closely with all relevant tourism departments to ensure the timely delivery of creative projects.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Oversee and manage the creative team, providing guidance and direction.

Ensure that team members are motivated, productive, and aligned with the parks goals.

Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely updates and modifications to park attractions and features.

Ensure that all changes are in line with creative and aesthetic goals.

Present creative ideas and designs to the Management Team for feedback and approval.

Incorporate management feedback into the final execution of creative projects.
