Job Title: Crane Operator

Reports to: Site Supervisor/Project Manager

Job Summary:

We seek experienced and skilled Crane Operators to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate cranes (mobile, tower, overhead) for construction, maintenance, or material handling.

2. Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections.

3. Plan and execute lifts according to site requirements.

4. Communicate with spotters, riggers, and other personnel.

5. Maintain accurate records (logbooks, inspection reports).

6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of crane operating experience.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Valid certification (., OSHA, NCCCO).

4. Physical ability to work at heights.

5. Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with various crane types (., hydraulic, crawler).

2. Familiarity with rigging and load calculation.

3. Certification in specialized areas (., tower crane, overhead crane).

4. Supervisory or leadership experience.

Working Conditions:

1. Construction sites, warehouses, or industrial environments.

2. Varied shifts (day, night, weekends).

3. Exposure to extreme weather conditions.
