MPOS OR CPOS Application support engineer
Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and related modules.
Respond to user queries and issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to D365 functionalities, integrations, and customizations.
Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within D365.
Perform application configuration, customization, and system testing as needed.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT operations and development teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Train end-users on new functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Participate in project planning and deployment activities related to D365 implementations and enhancements.
Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, configurations, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with D365 Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), and Azure services.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in documenting technical solutions and procedures.
