Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager / Course Counselor for our reputed client in Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, providing course counseling, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

• Ability to understand and analyze client requirements.

• Experience in course counseling and client servicing.

• Must have sound knowledgeable of Ability to provide overall product value and differentiate support offerings that clearly map to customer needs.

• Proficiency in excellent knowledge in MS office.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Should have minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in conceptual sales and ability to handle sales targets.

• Properly groomed and dynamic in character.

• Good enough experience to manage the database in excel sheet.

• Should be able to handle incoming calls from a cross section of the society.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
