• Arrange appropriate course equipment and stations for external/internal courses.

• Travel with Equipment and courses materials to the client location.

• Promote available course opportunities to instructors & provide necessary information

• Check everything prior to a course such as ticket, accommodation, equipment, laptop, question papers etc.

• Check course codes prior to a course

• Travelling with course equipment to various places as per the company travel policy and ensure the safety of equipment & company properties

• Ensure instructor & coordinator travel, food, accommodation & plan appropriate instructors for various courses in and out of Kerala

• Use accepted training principles and track or update new AHA training methods and techniques

• Support marketing activities
