Defining the scope of projects in collaboration with senior management.

• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities for successful transition

of the projects.

• Compiling annual budgets and producing detailed annual business operating plan.

• Approve schedules for the projects that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

• Review the project’s schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by

the project activities; revise the schedule as required

Operations

• Maintain continuous alignment of all projects with strategic business objectives, and make

recommendations to modify the strategy to enhance effectiveness towards business result

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission --

specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business

process and organizational planning.

• Plan to ensure the teams work, is managed effectively & efficiently by their respective managers

• Strategise and create plans to deliver quality work well before client’s TAT

• Work toward exceeding clients SLA

• Optimize Production & Quality output

• Create and maintain a profit centre for CS
