Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the jewellery counter with a warm and professional demeanor.
Communicating with other departments within the company to ensure that orders are processed correctly. - Providing customers with product knowledge regarding jewelry types and styles. - Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory records and processing sales orders.
Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewellery products.
Provide detailed information about jewellery pieces, including materials, design, and pricing.
Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Ensure the jewellery display is well-organized, attractive, and stocked.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, new arrivals, and promotions.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Uphold the companys standards for customer service and store presentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or jewellery is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary :- Upto 35k PM
