- Daily Location Opening and Closing Process

- Managing the Cleaning Executives

- Managing Client Relationships

- Handling Client Queries and Closing Deals

- Inventory and Stock Management

- Managing Work Queues and Schedules for Cleaning Executives

- Responsible for the Location's Maintenance and Upkeep (cleanliness, Equipments, Solutions)

- Managing In/out Times for Cleaning Executives

- Engaging with Prospective Customers and Closing Sales

- Handling Customer Complaints and Conflicts Professionally

- Accurate Reporting On a Location Performance and Recommending Improvement

- Achieving Sales Targets for a Given Location
