Designation: Jr Counselor

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: 2000,00 to 240,000 pm

Responsibilities :

To provide professional and quality counseling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.

Support execution of the destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.

Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.

Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support Office Managers through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.

Essential Requirements

Degree / Bachelor’s & 1 year of overseas counseling experience preferably in the overseas education industry.

Strong knowledge of the destination and international education systems.

Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.

Visible orientation towards having high-quality service is an integral part of work ethics.

Computer skills including Word, Excel.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong problem resolution skills.
