We are looking for a Cost Engineer who is energetic and enthusiastic with a sound knowledge in Civil Construction, Architect & Interior or Metal or Glass Fabricators and Hard wares.

Roles & Responsibilities

* To workout material cost, follow-up and purchase.

* Determine cost estimate during the design and development process, recommending cost effective solutions

* Utilize cost methodologies and tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data

* Establish cost estimates of processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward recommendations for improvement

* Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review

* Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures and monitor trends

* Establish and maintain good working relationships with all including out parties.

* Prepare cost, estimates and expenditure statements, reports and other necessary documentation at regular intervals to share with others in the business

* Also we are looking for highly self motivated and effective communicators

* Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing to ensure that they are retained.

* Should be open to new Initiatives

Skills:

* Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills

* Should be result oriented.

* Commercially and financially aware

Qualification :

Graduates

Should be good in communication ( English, Tamil and Other languages are added advantage)
