We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBA with 4-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting company to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financials, supply chain terminologies, and methodologies, with a proven track record of working on cost improvement or supply chain transformation projects. The candidate should also possess excellent skills in PPT, MS Excel, and MS Project to effectively communicate and execute project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights to clients.
Supply Chain Optimization: Utilize your expertise in supply chain terminologies and methodologies to identify process inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies for clients.
Cost Improvement Projects: Lead the cost improvement initiatives, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance the financial performance of our clients.
Project Management: Efficiently manage projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, and successful project outcomes.
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their unique business challenges, propose innovative solutions, and maintain strong professional relationships.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data from various sources, preparing insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: MBA degree from a reputable institution with a focus on finance, supply chain, or related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting company or similar environment
