We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Travel Ticketing Executive to join our travel agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the clients travel needs and preferences

- Research and identify the best flight options, fares, and routes for clients

- Managing all aspects of the ticketing process

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of travel tickets and reservations

- Monitor changes in travel schedules and adjust bookings accordingly

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to travel bookings

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in travel ticketing

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their travels

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in travel ticketing

- Proficient in any one of the GDS systems (. Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus,) and Microsoft Office

- Educational qualification of minimum 2nd PUC

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service
