Should have worked as a trainer for at least 1 year in a Tele-calling environment (Working experience with Outbound process is preferable)

Should have trained at least 10 training batches throughout the training career

Should have knowledge about Training throughput, attrition, TNI/TNA, refresher efficacies etc.

Should have knowledge about training reports (. Training dashboards, batch tracker, refresher tracker etc.)

Should have experience in creating training contents on PowerPoint

Should be a graduate
