We need one trainer for each discipline for a leading International BPO.

Highly knowledgeable and skilled Training Specialists with excellent interpersonal skills and strong abilities in designing, conducting, and implementing training and educational programs. We seek superior technical writing skills and thorough knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and best training program practices.

Responsibilities

Excellent managerial, interpersonal and communication skills

Well versed with Domain Specific knowledge (L&D, Sales, Communication)

Good technical writing abilities

Solid experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word

Good knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and best practices

Ability to work interdependently within a team

Excellent documentation and time management skills

BPO NHT Training Experience would be an added advantage

Qualifications

Graduate in any Discipline

Training Certifications desirable

Location Greater Delhi Area
