JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for Training, hand holding the team and building relationship. He/She will also be responsible for achieving the sales target and maintain quality service standards through their teams.
Campaign Management
Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running campaigns
Monitoring and ensuring 80% Login to issuance as per defined process & TAT
Ensure FTR
Ensure regular training

Run and Manage R&R for team motivation
Ensure Persistency and control surrender
Target Orientation
Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc.
Relationship Management, Sales target achievement & Process Adherence
Ensure Target Vs Achievement always
Ensure excellent rapport with the Branch Managers & LG to maximize productivity
Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with field BM/GH
Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation
Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT.
Quality -Sales Support
Ensure Quality standards in sales support process with efficient escalation mechanism
Dialer Software support, integration & enhancement
To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.
