Responsibilities
• Manage sales funnel from lead generation to PO execution
• Work with SD to build pipeline, while also generating your own pipeline
• Establish, develop and grow your pipeline online
• Focus on understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points, and how Panaya’s solution map to these
• Development, Product Management, Marketing etc.
• Ability to run product demonstration online and offline
• Achieve quarterly targets and other KPI metrics
• Follow a well-defined qualification process, sales motion and closing process
• Travel for training, trade shows, meetings is required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Min. 5 years of demonstrable track record of success within new Business Generation, SME and Enterprise Inside Sales, including self-generated outbound leads within the Enterprise space
• Experience within the SaaS market/or Enterprise Software
• Outstanding online presentation and demonstration skills
• Excellent listening, communication, verbal, and written skills
• Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexible to work extended hours during peak periods if needed
• Self-motivated, persistent and dependable is a must.
• Generating sales leads through various sources.
• Achievement of Sales Targets from large enterprise accounts
• Identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
• Responsible to achieve critical business goals – New Account Penetration, Gross Revenue, Collections for the given product line
• Responsible for proposal & presentations, demonstration, techno-commercial negotiations and order closing
• Commercial clarification, Technical clarification, follow up, Objection Handling to ensure the closure of the order
• Evaluation and documentation of prospect requirement and Co-ordination with the technical team and propose the right solution/services to the client effectively
• Have thorough understanding of Enterprise Telecom Value Added
