Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the virtual channel to increase the bank's market penetration in the corporate sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via virtual channels (., digital sales platforms, tele-sales, email, etc.).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop strategies that maximize sales and revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients and business partners.
Work closely with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
Corporate Tie-Ups:
Develop, negotiate, and implement tie-ups with corporate clients and partners.
Manage the onboarding of new corporate clients through virtual channels and ensure smooth account setup and implementation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of virtual services with corporate clients' needs.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the organization for the virtual channel.
Regularly track and report on sales performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and work to resolve any issues or concerns promptly to retain business.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align on client requirements and ensure product offerings
