Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy targeting corporate clients in need of transportation (cabs) and accommodation (hotels) services.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target new corporate clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (travel managers, procurement officers, HR heads, etc.), and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Business Development: Research and prospect new business opportunities, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales strategies, including cold calls, networking, and attending corporate events/conferences.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate service packages, and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and long-term business relationships.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both cab and hotel services.
Contract Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process including drafting and negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and update accurate sales reports, CRM systems, and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
