Responsibilities:
Identify and target new corporate clients, focusing on B2B sales opportunities in line with company goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in corporate accounts,including setting objectives, identifying target markets, and crafting value propositions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients, negotiate terms and contracts, and close deals effectively.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare regular sales reports, forecast sales, and provide insights into performance.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and to enhance the customer experience.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand business relationships.
Gather client feedback on products/services and collaborate with the relevant departments to address any concerns or improve offerings.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years in corporate sales or B2B sales management. Previous experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong B2B sales experience with the ability to develop new business and close deals.
Proven ability to manage large accounts and sales pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with highlevel corporate executives and present effectively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
Ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
