As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at securing corporate accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within the corporate segment. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate sales objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prioritize potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate leads and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to promote our hotel's services and facilities.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business needs and providing personalized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve corporate sales targets. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure corporate accounts. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our hotel's offerings and services, highlighting competitive advantages and benefits to prospective clients.
Revenue Optimization: Work closely with revenue management and operations teams to optimize pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maximize revenue from corporate bookings. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue per account.
Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
