Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4-5 + years of experience in corporate relations or sales, with a proven track record of success in the recruitment (Naukri, Monster, apna, etc) industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Job Buildos client base in the construction, bridge, and highway sectors.

Onboard the potential customers.

Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at client organizations.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on client engagement, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.

Providing guidance and support to junior members.
