Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Operations Specialist to work as an implant within our organization. As a Corporate Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate travel operations, including flights, hotels, and corporate client handling. Your expertise in these areas will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our corporate travel services.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact and primary liaison for corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships.
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure the best possible rates, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to corporate travel, ensuring compliance and implementing relevant policies and procedures.
Conduct research and provide recommendations on travel options, cost-saving opportunities, and travel-related technology solutions.
Assist in creating and implementing travel policies and guidelines for corporate clients, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and corporate travel policies.
Handle complex travel itineraries, including multi-city and international travel, taking into account clients’ preferences and requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies that may occur during the course of a trip.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, HR, and executive management, to provide regular updates and reports on corporate travel operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Corporate Operations Specialist or similar role, with a focus on flights, hotels, and corporate client handling.
