Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff to ensure consistent business growth.
Sales Enablement: Drive sales of life insurance products through bank partner branches by conducting joint calls, training sessions, and lead generation activities.
Business Target Achievement: Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in terms of premium and policies.
Training & Development: Provide product knowledge and sales process training to partner staff on a regular basis.
Customer Support: Support the bank team in resolving customer queries, ensuring smooth onboarding and high satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, business conversion, and daily branch activities. Provide timely MIS to internal and partner stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure business is conducted in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate (MBA/PG preferred)
1��4 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in banca or BFSI channel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good relationship management and influencing abilities
Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
Willingness to travel across assigned branches
