12+ years of experience

JOB PURPOSE: To control and administer the overall function of the Corporate Affairs, Raipur - Balco.

Strategic Initiatives

Overall administration of Corporate affairs for BALCO

Lead all Government and Public activities of the company

interaction with Government Authorities

KRA / Responsibilities

Liaison with government officials and bureaucrats across ministries and regulatory bodies

Positive endorsement in writing, active support in day to day working, timely clearances and regulatory approvals.

Implement Strategy

Implement strategy on environmental policy, effectiveness of the combined government affairs and communication programs

Management of committees and Councils

Assures successful meetings by monitoring meeting times, Responsible for the administration, organization and execution of event programs related to committees/councils, Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements

Lead, coordinate and serve as communication focal point for Business Risk Mitigation and Local issue management.

Lead responsibility for developing state and municipality-specific tactical plans

Brand Building

Should act as a brand ambassador for the Organization

Planning & Implementation

Plan, strategize and implement global and long term impact / plans across the Organization

Functional Skills

Strong communication skills. Fluency in English & Hindi

Good networking skills and ability to build relationships with internal & external stake holders
