The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and grammar sleuth. You will be responsible for developing marketing and communications content that will separate us from the crowd.

Responsibilities for Copy Writer:

1. Write copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online

2. Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs

3. Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal to assess project needs and help with messaging

4. Drive brand consistency across all company communications

5. Develop and implement brand guidelines

6. Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere

7. See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment

Qualifications for Copy Writer:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications

2. 1-2 years experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency

3. Knowledge & Familiarity with all social media platforms and trends

4. Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually

5. Comfortable working independently with a little direction under tight deadlines

6. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar

7. Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice

8. Strong attention to detail

9. Excellent portfolio of work
