Coordination with lawyers etc.

Municipal and other Govt. office liaison

Property Management

Member Relations

Minute Writing

Correspondence

Records maintenance

Computer operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Applicant must have proven experience of prestigious Housing Society for above job especially knowledge of Co-operative Act and dealing with members of the Society, service providers, BMC and Govt. officers. Should be computer literate having full knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc.
