Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced cook to join our society mess in Indirapuram at Windsor Park Apartments. The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, with an initial customer base of 30 persons and potential to grow up to 300 persons per day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals for 30-300 persons per day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies

• Assist in menu planning and ensure variety in meals

• Supervise kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking for large groups (., mess, restaurant, catering)

• Proficient in Indian cuisine, both vegetarian

• Ability to handle high-volume cooking efficiently

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
