• Administer the global signature process related to processing signatures for a variety of documents in accordance with corporate authorization guidelines.

• Transition and perform signature processing in new contract management system.

• Understand and update SOPs as required/applicable.

• Manage and update signature matrix.

• Apply signature matrix while processing documents

• Receive and store executed/signed contract on appropriate sites.

• Respond to assigned help desk inquiries.

• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and trackers.

• Submit reports in accordance with agreed schedule.
