We are looking for an exceptional writer with a technical background, who is research-oriented, a great collaborator and must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, self-motivated, entrepreneurial environment. Our ideal candidate must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and has the ability to create original and engaging content.

Responsibilities

Must capture high level business requirements and transform them into detailed functional requirements and use cases.

Must develop a social marketing strategy and work together with the designers to run campaigns.

Must update the content of the company and its products websites.

Ensure that the content adheres to the company style guide and guidelines.

Requirements

Strong English written and verbal communication skills including technical writing.

Experience in technical writing - product documentation, user manuals, white papers and case studies.

Experience in communicating with other technical teams to collect requirements, describe software product features and product strategy.

Experience with creative content writing and be aware of the social media trends.

Good to be active in Instagram, Facebook and other social media

Graduate

Candidates are required to send writing samples (as a PDF or Word document) that demonstrate their writing skills and styles.
