Content Writer (Executive)

Role overview

The Fuller Life is looking for someone who’s passionate about content and the role it plays in communication. We’re a small team and we’d love for the candidate to be hands-on, proactive and ready to take up new and different tasks. The candidate needs to have a basic understanding of communicating to a digital audience. The role will require the individual to work with internal stakeholders such as Client Management, Sales and Operations, as well as clients and partners to deliver content tasks.

The content tasks include mailers, newsletters, posters, social media content, among others.

Education: Graduate/Post-graduate

Work experience: 1-3 years

Salary: Rs 25,000-Rs 30,000

Following are the primary deliverables:

Delivering content requirements:

• Understanding the business and client

• Creating content within agreed upon SLA timelines

• Adhering strictly to the prescribed guidelines

• Drawing information from clients to write credible pieces of content

• Handing over mature products to sales and client management teams

• Ideation on activities, designing quizzes, newsletters and communications

• Being a part of client interactions and suggesting executable ideas

• Communicating with the client (internal/ external) for the entire tenure of the plan/project

Skills, knowledge & attitude:

• Ability to turn around credible content for corporate customers

• Ability to write specific, simple, to the point content

• Ability to visualise and present content from a design perspective too

• Writing with the end user in mind

• Ability to churn out often similar content across different customers and make it seem specific to the ethos of those customers

• Ability to write at short notice, and write to high standards of quality ( language and grammar)

• Write fresh content on similar situations each new time

• Ability to stick to internal systems of quality check and receive critique of writing style and messages conv
