Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and edit compelling content that is technology-focused and industry-specific, aligning with our brand voice and objectives.
Collaborate with technical experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Create content for a variety of formats, including but not limited to, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, articles, and podcast scripts.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure content relevance and innovation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and engagement.
Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a content writer, preferably in the IT services industry.
Strong understanding of technology concepts and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience in creating content for various formats, including podcasts, case studies, whitepapers, and digital media.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
Knowledge of specific industry domains such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.
