Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Creation

Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and audience-centric content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Content Strategy

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content that aligns with the company's goals and target audience.

Understand and incorporate SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.

Research & Storytelling

Stay updated on industry trends, news, and topics to create timely and relevant content.

Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy and originality.

Editing & Proofreading

Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Analytics & Improvement

Monitor content performance and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Mass Communication or Journalism.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar.

Knowledge of digital content best practices, including SEO.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.

Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and engaging an audience.

Skills

Exceptional research and writing skills.

Proficiency in English (or the required language).

Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.

Familiarity with social media platforms for content promotion.

Basic graphic design skills (optional but advantageous).
