As a Senior Content Writer and Editor, you will be responsible for overseeing content strategy, ensuring high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, and leading a team to achieve content goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client objectives. This includes keyword research and topic ideation as well.
- Create high-quality and engaging content for different mediums (website, blogs, social media, etc.).
- Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling content concepts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and content marketing best practices.
- Manage content calendars, deadlines, and workflows.
- Implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines.
- Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and meets brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. NOT Compulsorily. Just Preferred.
- Proven experience (Min 3 years) as a Content Writer or Editor in any industry - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems and AI SEO tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well-versed in using various AI tools for creating content.
