Zenius builds talented remote teams for businesses worldwide. As a process trainer, you will facilitate training and upskilling for employees in various roles. You'll also create and update comprehensive training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Research, develop and write engaging eLearning courses.
2) Document processes and best practices.
3) Update and improve the docs and training materials.
4) Support new employees during onboarding and training.
5) Facilitate group discussions and training sessions.
6) Manage the company's LMS.
7) Stay updated on tools, training methods and industry trends.
8) Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.
Requirements:
1) Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
2) Proven ability to quickly learn complex ideas and new tools.
3) Great written and oral communication skills in English.
4) Experience in training and managing team.
5) Experience in creating SOPs, manuals or courses.
6) Ability to work independently.
7) Organizational and time management skills.
8) Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
