Work Requirement

Work US overlap hours (ideally 11 PM IST to 9 PM IST)

Job Purpose

Develop engaging learning content such as eLearning modules, quick guides, courseware using appropriate learning methodologies and adult learning principles

Roles and Responsibilities

Convert slides/storyboards or content from other formats to eLearning modules using tools like Articulate, Captivate, etc.

Work with subject-matter-experts to identify requirements

Develop storyboards to plan content flow

Analyze existing content format and provide best guidelines for transforming it as per requirements in terms of audio, video, animations, and other media

Update content based on end-user feedback

Perform content review and test courses to ensure they meet quality requirements

Work Experience

At least 0-1 years of experience as a Learning Content Developer for US-based clients

Required Skills

Strong English communication

Basic understanding of online learning content formats.

Ability to work with subject-matter experts, media developers, writers, and LMS administrators to publish learning content

Ability to turnaround within tight timelines
