We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Urologist with expertise in laparoscopic and cystoscopic procedures to join our esteemed healthcare facility in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience, with a strong preference for candidates of Indian nationality, particularly from South India. Key Responsibilities:

1. Surgical Expertise:

o Perform advanced urological surgeries, including laparoscopic procedures (., nephrectomy, prostatectomy) and cystoscopic interventions.

o Conduct minimally invasive procedures for conditions like kidney stones, bladder tumors, and urethral strictures.

o Provide surgical and non-surgical management of prostate, bladder, kidney, and ureteral conditions.

2. Patient Diagnosis & Treatment:

o Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with urological disorders, including urinary tract infections, incontinence, and male reproductive issues.

o Develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating both surgical and conservative management strategies.

o Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasound, CT scans, and laboratory investigations.

3. Pre- and Post-Operative Care:

o Guide patients through pre-operative preparations and post-operative recovery, ensuring optimal outcomes.

o Provide follow-up care, including monitoring of recovery and rehabilitation.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork:

o Work closely with other medical professionals, including nephrologists, radiologists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

o Participate in case discussions, clinical audits, and departmental meetings to improve patient outcomes.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

o Maintain detailed records of patient histories, surgical procedures, and follow-up care.
