Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced psychiatrist to join our Hospital. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage mental health disorders in patients of all ages. This role requires a strong understanding of psychiatric medicine, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assess patient mental health conditions.

Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and therapy.

Provide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care when needed.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical standards.

Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options.

Requirements:

Medical degree (MD) with specialization in psychiatry.

Valid medical license and board certification in psychiatry.

Fresher/Experience in clinical psychiatry.

Strong diagnostic, therapeutic, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
