Job Description:

1. To provide OPD consultation for patients visiting Eye Q for treatment

2. Understand patient's clinical history, analyze investigation reports, examine patient and

accordingly advise for treatment

3. Cross consult super specialist in case the need persists

4. Advise and counsel patients for undertaking suitable surgery (process, lens, timing etc.) in line

with diagnosis and act as a clinical expert to clarify / answer any queries of the patient

5. Refer the patient to counselor for further details of treatment prescribed

6. Perform surgery (PHACO - Topical / LA) in line with diagnosis

7. Advise medication & precaution post surgery

8. Provide post operative consultation during follow up

9. Maintain highest levels of patient care & contribute to organizational goals
