Job Responsibilities:

*Handling End- End Recruitment.

*Looking for Non IT / IT Recruiter.

*Handling Middle and Senior Level recruitment.

*Achieving individual targets and set an example for the team

*Helping the team with the new clients pitch & ensure proper information about the company and competitors are provided.

*Smooth interaction with the team so that they are productive.

*Communicate clear instructions to the team members

*Create reports to update the company on teams performance.

*Manage escalations on a daily basis.

*Smooth day to day reporting and holding team meeting whenever required.

*Conducting telephonic interviews, and Schedule Face to face interviews with client.

*Quarterly review meet with the management.

*Handling Client Coordination.
