Evaluate patient medical histories and symptoms to determine the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment approaches.
Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, dietary and lifestyle changes, and surgical interventions as appropriate.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, surgeons, and nutritionists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Participate in continuing education and research activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in gastroenterology and digestive health.
Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems.
Qualifications:
Medical degree (DM (Gastro), MD, MBBS) from accredited medical schools.
Valid medical license to practice in the state or jurisdiction where practicing.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
