Lead and manage a team of workers, including subcontractors, ensuring that they are following safety procedures and regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents, ensuring that all work is completed to specification.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring that all work meets high standards.

Identify and solve problems that arise during the construction process, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions.

Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plan.

Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before beginning work on a project.
