Conduct budgeting for maintenance projects, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Source and manage manpower, subcontractors, and vendors to support project requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and finance departments, to align project goals and objectives.
Supervise on-site activities, providing guidance and support to ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
