We looking for a professional builder with good English to build a retreat center.

Piece work. For a responsible, independent candidate there is an opportunity to work stably, constantly, with an increase in pay.

The salary is discussed personally with the applicant.

Work examples:

find and supervise workers;

dig and reinforce caves, 1m/6m;

lay out walls of stone;

lay platforms from timber, etc.

Lots of work and for long term.

It is possible to accept a candidate from any region of India, we pay travel expenses, as well as provide housing and meals. We are considering candidates with family (married couples).

The main qualities of the applicant: professionalism, integrity, responsibility, independence. Also should be able to handle tasks with minimal supervision and have good communication and attention to detail.

The higher the level of these qualities — the higher the pay.
