Draftsperson (Construction)

 Produce 2D & 3D drawings / identification of drawings based on the manager requirements (Revit S/W).

 Should be able to understand the design requirements and create detailed 2D & 3D designs for complex projects.

 Should be able to create a detailed design, schematics, blueprints for projects assigned.

 Work closely with the teams and co-ordinate & collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets.

 Experience working in CAD and able to analyse data and situation and come up with creative solutions.

 Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for designs / drawings with proper versions.

 Ensure that the drawings shall be in proper scale and comply with engineering standards.

 Should be able to address the challenges and come up with solutions and alternatives.

 Ability to communicate effectively with team and managers.

 Flexible working with Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
