Mandatory Skills 5-10 years of accounting experience with IFRS standard required (to be demonstrated during the interview) + audit background and/or consolidation are a plus.

Candidates with experience in Steel Industry / Large companies preferred

Any Specifications CA (First Attempt) / MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 Collage . Should have good knowledge on Finance; Consolidation; Consolidated Financial Statements; compliance, controlling, treasury, tax, investor relations, M&A

Job Summary:

As a Consolidation Senior Specialist/professional, you are a key member of the Group Finance team based in India Mumbai Thane.

The consolidation team is mainly located in Luxembourg, with two team members already based in Poland. You will work on the review of the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation process, and you will be in charge to promote effective lateral communication and coordination across ArcelorMittal Group, both internal and external to the Finance function, to improve efficiency and achieve desired results.

Job description:

Duties & Responsibilities :

Review the accuracy of the reporting packages delivered by entities for the consolidation process and identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness according to Group IFRS accounting rules.

Elaboration of Consolidated Financial Statements (analysis of a part of the balance sheet, income statement and/or cash flow) and preparation of the quarterly earnings release, semi and annual reports like 20F for US filing & CSSF for European filing

Close liaison with the various cross functional departments
