As a Computer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. Your expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as your exceptional communication skills, will ensure that our technology systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to clients and internal staff in a professional and timely manner.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues by guiding users through troubleshooting steps and providing effective solutions.
Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Document and maintain detailed records of technical issues, solutions applied, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations and insights.
Contribute to the development of support documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of remote technical support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with remote support tools and software.
