Roles and Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RFID systems and printers

Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues

Conduct preventive maintenance and service audits

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution

Maintain service records and documentation

Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support

Frequent travel to client locations as required

Required Skills:
